Getting started
QuartzPilot manages all aspects of a project (budget, staffing, timesheets, assessments). It creates projects and assigns employees to projects who can allocate their hours on their timesheets. It allows users to perform assessments each month.

In this section, you will learn how to manage programs and milestones for initiatives.

This page allows users to view all of the employees assigned and unassigned to initiatives.

In this section, you will learn how to use the My Timesheets and the Approvals sections.
Monthly assessment
The monthly assessment is a governance process which allows users to perform a review of their initiatives on a monthly basis. This process allows users to review their objectives and when necessary, to update the info of their initiatives.
Change request
This section allows users to request a change in their budget. In Pilot, it is possible to document a request for additional funding during an assessment.
Monthly billing
This section permits send billing reports to firms, At the end of the month, you can select the firms for which you want to send billing reports and click on 'Send'.
